Dear Salem congregation, thank you so much for all the cards, prayers and concerns for me as I am still recovering from both my eye surgery (which is not quite a success but which my surgeon is still reviewing with a possibility of a re-do), and for my hip replacement on Oct. 26. I am recovering well from that surgery. So thank you for all the prayers over this time. Perhaps I can stay off the prayer concern list for a while now, good Lord willing. –John E. Dear Pastor Lee, thank you so much for getting our computer and emails in compliance with the District so Sue and I were both able to represent the congregation at the District Conference this October. Thanks again! –John and Sue E. Prayers Prayers for Shirley C. who continues to struggle with health issues. Genevieve F., Norma H., Leon & Waneta M., Phyllis W.
